Wet is standard. Memphis first jam is the usual type one 90 BPM jam that features Rock God Barber near the end of it. Second Memphis jam is a spaced-out, long transition into the beginning of Spacebird. Allen is basically just using hi-hat, cymbals, and e-drums here, and the jam is almost ambient (almost). I like this a lot, even if it’s clearly just a jam to get them into the beginning of Spacebird. The Spacebird jam gets caught on the 6/4 section, and this is honestly just boring. It’s somewhat notable that the band is basically playing a variation of SITA, as they literally play the same progression, but other than that, I couldn’t wait for this to be over. Plan B has a type 1 jam in it that you’ve heard before. The Humu jam gets dissonant and weird for a few minutes, and Magner messes around on his xylophone patch for a bit. This is neat.

Amen is standard. The Shem-Rah jam is literally like a minute long. Why? SJSS is a jamless dub version. First TVM jam never really gets out of its type 1 structure. TVM 2 is way, way too jambandy for my tastes. The Confrontation jam here is very cool. This is dark, dirty trance and the entire band is locked in. The Spaga first jam has a neat DNB jam. This is all Magner and Allen, although Barber and Brownstein don’t actively get in the way. The second jam never gets outside the type 1 structure, sadly. Magner has some neat leads regardless, but this is not worth relistening.

Highlights: Memphis*, Humu, Confro*, Spaga (1)
