Holy shit, guys, this Helicopters -> Run -> Helicopters is spectacular!! Disco at its' finest, Magner fuckin dominates the whole jam. This one is a must-hear. Conga Line is great too

    Helicopters

    A great early Helicopters jam which begins with Magner playing around with a very digital synth. Barber noodles for a bit but locks into a great theme with Magner around 4:30. They build on this theme for most of the jam, but it breaks down by the ten minute mark and rebuilds into an excellent Run Like Hell intro

    Run Like Hell

    In contrast to the jam into it, the jam out of Run Like Hell sees Magner make liberal use of the 1998 synths. The early part of the jam sounds not unlike the 12/30/98 Nughuffer jam. Barber's playing is very minimalist and atmospheric; it is Magner who leads the way at first. Barber becomes more involved around the 13 minute mark, and joins in a chaotic breakdown of the previous theme from 14-16 minutes. From out of this chaos Barber leads the band into a gorgeous Helicopters peak
