Track Notes
- S1Mr. Don
Excellent Barber work in this one. About six minutes of fairly standard though solid Don jamming reaches a Don ending fakeout before a sudden breakdown and drawn out return into Bazaar territory.
- S2Little Shimmy In A Conga Line
A haunting atmospheric mellow trance jam emerges with Magner at the helm. The jam appears to follow the progression of a standard spring 99 version—there is a drawn-out sinister type one theme that gradually builds to a blissful and triumphant crescendo—until it breaks down into tense deconstruction that yields a sudden drop into Basis.
- S2Basis For A Day
After a slow start, the band settles into a gorgeous theme that yields an effortless segue into Story.
- S2Pygmy Twylyte
Type two from the get go (compare to 12/30/99, which also saw the band drop immediately into a slowed down type two theme), the Pygmy jam moves through a remarkable stretch of territory for its unassuming length: from mellow jazz trance, to a chaotic breakdown, and finally to a gorgeous rock jam with a spectacular Barber crescendo. The jam breaks down after a beautiful uncomposed peak and drops into a Eulogy.
- S2Mindless Dribble
A Happy Dribble (the first since 12/30/99) with a gorgeous conclusion.
