This is an anti-attendance bias show for me. In person, this show was nearly ruined by the Anthem's weird, boomy acoustics and some of the absolute worst chomping I have ever experienced at any show ever.

Listening to the boards, it's a different story. The band is largely on fire more than not. The Waves sandwich in S1 is the kind of stuff we listen to this band for. Shocked is already a song I've started chasing, and here you can see why. There's something for everyone in that larger sequence. In the second set, there's a similarly formidable Caterpillar sandwich, crowned by an ecstatic Anthem. It loses a bit of steam afterwards in Wormhole, but nonetheless was trippy and groovy enough to keep people wiggling.

The set openers here are, IMO, skippable. They play Plan B and Kitchen Mitts competently enough, but there's very little jamming (and the combination seemed like a weird note to start on). The three songs with Snacktime were really fun in real life, but are of extremely minimal replay value on the soundboard. It's loose, largely directionless party music.
