These drive in shows were really great , such a nice way to see the bad in a different environment & they didn’t disappoint at all. What an excellent weekend of shows. The LBB->Crix->LBB was amazing at the time, turned out to be 1 of my favorite segments of the year Very well played & the band was relaxed with patient jamming. Magellan & Spaga standalone’s came next after that almost 50min segment but everyone was happy just to be seeing live music & 2 of their classics to close the set were a treat. Set 2 started off blazing with Dribble roaring into AC2B before slowing down to an inverted Catalyst before the Triumphant return to the end of AC2B & a smooth -> into the end of Dribble. A palindrome for most of the set is always something amazing this band can do brings any show up a level. Voices Insane followed by the Overture made for an interesting way to close the show with neither being known for being in that role but it was very welcome & the sun finally peaked out before the On Time encore. We all went home happy . The energy peaked during the 1st parts of each set but we were so glad to see that the band we all love in person after the terrible Covid winter we all had.
