Overture has a mediocre DNB jam in it. This gets marginally more interesting as they drop to half-time nearer to Papercut, but not by much. Papercut is still a song I love. That said, the jam is forgettable. The Strobelights jam begins with a pretty bland theme. However, Magner eventually switches to this haunting, detuned lead that creates a great feel. Lunar has a decent dub jam which turns into an instrumental Dub Dribble. The Dribble jam has some great stuff from Magner; some textural, some leads. Very solid overall. The band has a weird transition into the Morph ending jam. Like they just shift gears dramatically in a very awkward way. Not my cup of tea.
The second set begins with the dyslexic completion of Morph. The jam out begins with several minutes of bland, boring funk. Around the 10-minute mark, the bad drops to a more subdued little jam, with some great phrasing from Barber in particular. The Waves jam is fast-paced dark, and features some neat lines by Barber. Exactly how it should be. Triumph jam is way too short, and KOTW is standard. The Story jam actually has some parts I really like, beyond the usual mediocre funk.
Highlights: Strobelights, Dribble, Waves, Story
