Set I

Crix is fun and well. The best part coming around the 20min mark. I actually the Freebis > Rivers segment! Both jams are straight to the point and don't take 20min of jam to get interesting, even if they only have a few minutes of said interesting moments. > Strobelights is a good call, I thought. Strobelights definitely seemed like it was gonna do something and that weird, yeah, real weird, little stop thing. Whatever. I actually dig the WLTP jam quite a bit. Some might call this set a throwaway, but I'd argue this is the best of the 3 "throwaway" sets from the year so far (3/3 S2, 3/4 S1).

Set II

Oh... last couple min of this Caterpillar. Oh yeah. > Evolve is good stuff, regardless of your feelings on Evolve. (I am starting to get the annoyance with Evolve. It's like 10+min of "song proper". There's really no need for that. They can definitely trim this a bit. Pipe dreams I guess.) I actually dig the point around 15min of Evolve through the end.. (I also dig Magner on keys/piano more than most for reasons I don't need to divulge into here.) This is a fun segment! The question will be for Evolve going forward: Is the juice worth the squeeze? I think it definitely is here. The > Spraypaint is a little jarring but whatever... But man do I love the song. This spraypaint jam tries, but falters, IMO. Onward... > Bombs is actually pretty sweet. Bombs jam takes a sec to get going but overall I thoroughly enjoy it. Particularly love Magner's contributions. 9:40 mark onward is primo. Great stuff. > Caterpillar ending is a Caterpillar ending.

What's not to like about a Shelby encore? Jam is fine enough for an encore.
