It's a shame that the crowd recording is so terrible (no offence to Evan & Marc, they are great tapers, I believe the bar is so hard to get a good pull) because this is a classic (imo)
A beautifully mellow opening Boop. Jigsaw crescendo jam straight towards Heaven! 1.0 Humu's are always good, especially as a standalone(imo). This one has passion and tasty Barberisms. One of the funnest Vassillios; into a Boop you would want at this point.
In a year of unbelievable Crickets(see 10-13!), this one is all about the first long jam which is very much like others but the way Sammy and Magner are playing, it's way above average. The ending 'Shelby Rose > Floes > Jigsaw Earth > Floes' is where the boston cream donut hits your tongue. The Shelby outro is nice mid-tempo funk when we arrive at this great Floes where Sammy is the MVP to my ears, relentless. Barber is all cool rhythms while the others surround in a meaningful way. A+ A very energetic version of Jigsaw with all of it's usual points of interest. The first part just gets better and better within darker themes. The last half of the tune turns into psychedelic ambience with excellent droppings from Mr. Mags. Although 2 of the best 'Jigsaw' & 'Floes' would come on the 14th and deservingly so, tonights versions were terrific foreplay for said show on the 14th, which is ABSOLUTE FIRE! [e] The main Lai opener as well as the ending are fairly routine but in the 1st Lai part at least, reach a great ending jam with Barber tearing it up with a good up up and away solo. It gets fun. The star of this encore sandwich is Plan B. Man, did they ever love this tune in 2000. This one is VERY good. This jam is delicious. A very slow psybient start as things get in line only to get very trippy, manic and out there. There are a couple of exchanges from jam rock to slow and creepy psychedelic and repeat. Basically 10 minutes of raw, ridiculous Biscuits. 2000 in a nutshell. This show has it all. Poke around for a better source, this show deserves it.

Track Notes
- S1Little Betty Boop
Jammed out of the first section, which is less intense than usual. Lighthearted mellow trance breaks down into a gorgeous and spacey groove going into Jigsaw.
- S1Jigsaw Earth
The first really significant Jigsaw trance jam, and the beginning of the song’s golden age. It is considerably more fleshed out and thematic than previous versions, and it builds to a thrilling uncomposed peak.
- S1Vassillios
The perfect example of what a Vassilios jam should sound like, this slow building trance vehicle sounds downright evil before the fist pumping transition into Boop.
- S2Floes
The jam begins with Magner on the vocoder and some gorgeous riffs form Barber based around repeating series of triplets, all over Sammy’s thunderous percussion. Barber takes a step out of the box, and then returns to the same theme, building upon it as the band slowly shifts away from the bliss territory of Floes towards the more sinister Jigsaw.
- S2Jigsaw Earth
The Jigsaw outro is based around the intro/ending riff, which quickly breaks down into structureless noise. Sammy begins to rebuild the thunderous drumming typical of a Floes ending and Barber plays a few pleasant noodling riffs. Magner soon reenters the picture, and pretty soon the jam has taken on a surreal symphonic quality as it builds to the Floes ending.
